And just where would you look to "read any concrete data?"

You'd have to look in articles produced by *reporters;"  the very folks who
alledgedly received the money!

Fat chance, unless you could find an honest journalist who would be willing
to admit that MS paid him/her.  Or maybe one who they didn't pay.
