Excellent arguments.

I saw one typo.

In the 7th paragraph:
"Because you have never done it yourself, your intution ..."
change "intution" to "intuition".  (It is spelled correctly
later on.)

I have one main suggestion.  In the lead paragraph, put one or
two sentences summarizing the most important points.  That is,
summarize what the technical flaw in Lessig's argument is.  That
would, I think, make it easier for the reader to digest the rest
of the message.

I did not know that Bush owns Microsoft stock.  That is scary.
I just hope he bought high and loses a bundle, and that he
learns something from that experience.
