DUMB & STUPID, bu U.S. Businesses Skimp On Cyberattack Protections

Many U.S. companies aren't installing the level of security
capabilities needed to protect their IT systems from possible
cyberattacks, according to a report by the Computer Science and
Telecommunications Board.
