Depending on exactly what was settled.  I can't imagine that a creative
lawyer couldn't figure out some other anticompetitive behavior that wasn't
covered under the settlement.

Perhaps the OEM restrictions on alternative boot loaders?  Both Caldera Linux
and DR-DOS would have had those.
