[Am-info] AOL/RH merger (denied) now makes some sense

Although AOL has denied rumors that they are in acquisition talks with RedHat,
the recent AOL/Netscape vs Microsoft lawsuit puts this merger in a new light
to me.

AOL has purchased one company which has a viable antitrust lawsuit against
Microsoft.

Would it be that far-fetched to see them buy another?  Of course, it would
make more sense for them to buy one like Caldera, who also owns the rights
to DR-DOS and would have an anticompetitive suit for that, too, but by
tripling any damages, this could be an extremely good investment for AOL.

Am I missing something here?
