I wonder how big a charge MS is going to take against current income for
this lawsuit.  This is what Messrs. Bork and Starr called "picking the low
hanging fruit".  It is also a good reason that the other states are
pursuing the anti-trust matter.  Under the DOJ "settlement" MS admitted no
guilt, which would vacate the anti-trust findings, conclusions and
judgment that form the basis for the AOL lawsuit.
