I sure have.  Although, usually it does not crash, it just gets into a
state where something (networking, classic, large numbers of OS X apps)
stops working and although the system is still running you can't get that
something back without rebooting.  In terms of reliability it's certainly
better than 9, but it's not yet in the same league as the traditional
mature Unix operating systems (I have to say I've found Linux to be kind of
flaky too, but our SGI and DEC boxes simply don't crash, period, unless
there is a hardware failure).
