[Am-info] Microsoft stuffing the ballot, say it ain't so!

Apparently an internal memo went around to Microsoft employees, and many
decided that ballot stuffing was a good idea.  I think this could be
used as evidence against Microsoft in the remedy hearings, showing that
their win-at-all-costs culture requires harsh remedies and external
regulation to change.
