This seems to be the point Marcus de Geus was making. Seems on-topic to
me. Am I missing something?

Anyway, my experience confirms what Marcus and Felmon are saying.

It's questionable how much longer their point will be valid if Microsoft
gains the toehold it seeks in the public schools....
