These guys are _very_ liberal in what they'll accept -- definitely out of
step with the trends. I realize I've made this observation many many
times before, but I'll say it again: most government contract
specifications _require_ that the work product be submitted in Word
format, sometimes even Word for Windows. (Those that don't specify
Windows probably don't realize that Word for the Mac even exists. If they
did, they'd probably prohibit that too.) This situation is bad and
getting steadily worse.
