I am not at all confident this will ever make any difference, following 
the cave in of the DOJ, but nonetheless, the situation appears to not be 
totally ignored...

WASHINGTON--Members of the Senate's powerful Judiciary Committee voiced 
serious concerns Wednesday over a settlement deal announced last month 
between Microsoft and the Justice Department and nine states.

Committee Chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., described the settlement 
as an "Invitation to the next chapter of litigation." Orrin Hatch, 
R-Utah, concurred, also questioning the "enforcement capabilities" of 
the settlement agreement.
