Boy, this is a moving target...that is, the comments are growing.

Anybody got an ftp handle??  Trying to grab and look at this 
stuff with a browser is like watching paint dry.

I've downloaded about 30 of these PDF files so far and looked
at about half of them.  Of these, ALL respondents want the judge
to either disapprove or require more stringency to protect choice
and prevent further monopolization.  But maybe I'm psychic 
about picking the "good" ones so far.

Without an ftp site, this is a big, big chore for me.  I tried hacking
them with my ftp client, but no luck.
