Something can be gleaned from the prices of the various versions of 
Virtual PC, which can be pretty readily unpacked from the price of the 
basic emulation product, though I'm not sure if that's what you are 
looking for. SRP of Virtual PC with:

DOS or Linux: $99.00
Win98: $199.00
WinME: $199.00
W2K (home): $249.00

An XP version is coming, but no price could be found.
