Update: Microsoft private lawsuit deal gets lengthy court review

The proposed settlement to more than 100 private suits lodged against
Microsoft Corp. came under fire as a Baltimore federal judge began a
public hearing in the case Tuesday. The hearing resumes Dec. 10.
