Fortunately for Apple, at the moment Microsoft finds its Apple business 
to be profitable so sticking with Apple is simply good business. Still, 
Microsoft could rip the rug out from under Apple at any time, and the 
likelihood of this has only grown with this episode. The era of 
Apple-Microsoft detente may be over. Good relations between the company 
were never more than skin-deep anyway.
