This is what happens when you change presidents.  Bush owns stock in MS. 
 He appointed a known enemy of the antitrust laws to the job.  It isn't 
complicated.  It is the reason why I cannot support Bush despite being a 
conservative.  Expect to see the courts further packed with scofflaw 
judges who refuse to enforce the antitrust laws.  It's a good reason for 
republicans to vote for democrats.  The antitrust laws are very 
important to our country, and they have been thoroughly sabotaged by the 
lobbying of the monopolists (who have lots of money to lobby with).
