As stated elsewhere on this list, Gore never claimed to have
invented the internet. But, that is really not the point.
Gore said he supported anti-trust enforcement, Bush implied
that he didn't, at least in the MS case. Yes, Gore may have been
lying, though it escapes my understanding why he would choose the
MS campus to make such a statement when using weasel words and dodging
the issue would have been more consistent with the 'dishonest
politician'
implication above.

Wait.... Now I get it. All politicians lie. Gore says he supports
anti trust enforcement, therefore he doesn't. Bush says he supports
innovation not litigation, there Bush really supports litigation and
was really going to litigate MS into the ground.

Whoops, Bush Admin just cut MS a sweet deal. Ah! proof by contradiction.
Since Bush appears not to have lied the assertion that all politician
lie is false. But, of course Gore was really lying, even though there
was virtually no political value in the MS campus statement, but then
he's
just stupid and didn't realize that he should NOT have lied about
supporting
anti trust enforcement to an audience that wanted to hear something more
positive. Clearly Gore should have admitted that it was Microsoft, and
not
Al who invented the Internet.

Gore is of course provably stupid because he won the election but
couldn't
figure out how to get into the White house.

Do I understand this correctly yet?
