What does it prove? It shows that if you squirm, protest, pay off reporters,
and professors, and pay off grass roots letter writing, and pay off politicians,
and lots of other "industry brown nosers", you too can pull off an OJ Simpson
and get away with screwing over a whole industry the way Microsoft did.
I only hope that there is enough teeth in any agreement that is done.
Perhaps there will be some states that will persue this farther, or perhaps
Europe can do what America is unable/unwilling to do. It does however,
confirm my opinion about American justice. It is the finest justice money can buy.
