Most definitely. The Prez says you can then use XP for screening your
snailmail (for anthrax, or other susceptible biological agents) ;-)

Au contraire John, Simon is merely displaying another feature of the
new and improved XP 3peat utility - mirroring the debate skills of our
administration and of M$ - if you can't convince them with facts and
logic, try repeated yourself and raising the volume (of course for the
volume feature to be invoked, your recipients must all be running XP
on the all new INTEL SCREAMER voice only PC with SURROUND SOUND!!!!!)

Good argument for the development of digital Prozac, Haldol and a
push delivery technology. Perhaps a ketamine pretreatment for at
least the initial dose to allow for the rest to take affect.
Reminds me of the recently circulated explosive video of Ballmer on
stage... you don't suppose its HIM? ... or that Hotmail contains a
prototype digital biocontagion vector to complement its super viral
distribution features?................... ;-)
