You can't wiggle out of it.  The words "Here's hoping you're assassinated
soon" are perfecly clear.  They state quite clearly that you hope someone
kills me.

You're a scum, Simon.  I know you say you no longer work for Microsoft, but I
don't believe you.  You have the same scum character as the leadership of
Microsoft.

And you crawl out from under your slimy rock from time to time, always to
defend Microsoft, with whom you claim you're not affiliated.  Now you're
using threats and intimidation, techniques perfected by Microsoft.

I still believe the following:
