Well, I dunno, there weren't any TECHNICAL statements so we may be
boring the list with off-topic trivia like the elections (and 
thus the fate of the entire DOJvsMS case), the founder of the list's
parent organization (essential.org) and his part in determining the 
next president (unintentionally of course) and the political/monetary 
NONTECHNICAL aspects of Microsoft's business practices (or was that 
actually the intent of the Appraising Microsoft list in the 1st place?).

Gotta save that bandwidth for the history of the [TAB] key and whether
MS ever claimed to have invented ASCII.
