I've got a question, I don't think I've completly understood how the court case would continue under Bush (seems likely at this point). Does he have the option to drop the case immediately upon entry into office? Would he be liklely to do this anyway? Or does he have some sort of concession to make to the Republicans who do support this case? -- Chris
