[Am-info] The Reign of Terror is at hand!

I'd love to hear from someone who's had one of these knocks on the door from
a team of SPA/BSA agents and cops.

My understanding is that they basically threaten to come back with a
warrant, and arrest you for something or other, to take away all your
computers and basically shut down your company for a long time if you don't
agree in writing to:
a) let them take away all your computers and basically shut down your
company for a long time
b) pay for what ever software they, at their sole discretion, after rifling
through everything, believe you don't have authorization to use.  (Guily
unless proven innocent.)
I can't remember for sure if this is based on something I read or an active
imagination.
