Uh ... just to be clear:

My comments above are limited to *physical* searches and *physical* 
seizures.  Of course, the UCITA and various license agreements 
routinely authorize unilateral electronic "entry" via the net, and 
"seizure" and/or demolition/disabling of software based only on the 
vendor's singular allegation of contract violation.
