HMM.  About a month ago I posted a particularly clueless article from the Washington Post where the author, after an interview with Ballmer, claimed that XML was invented by "two technologists at Microsoft."  I assumed that the author may have misunderstood - that even Ballmer wouldn't lie that baldfacedly.

Now I'm not so sure...
