     I don't think so (albeit I definitely agree about the helium
reserve ;-)).  Although it costs less/piece for the mailer the vast
majority of BBM (Bulk Business Mail) requires less processing, and its'
destination is usually local.  I don't claim to what's on the books
(albeit I've always suspected they're 'cooked'), but I've seen enough
to know what costs more to process.
