Yes.  I have an audio recording of the hearing.  He tempered his 
criticisms somewhat, but he provided an important piece of the 
puzzle, discussing how PC makers would mysteriously cancel SmartSuite 
contracts at the last minute (even after Lotus had already started 
making CDs for them), apparently after being told by Microsoft that 
shipping a Lotus product would "harm" the vendor's relationship with 
Microsoft.
