[Am-info] Rumor: China may blacklist Win2k

There is little doubt that having full access to the source code is an
advantage to OEMs and foreign countries alike.

End users have little or no need for it (and would perhaps benefit if it
were not available) but OEMs and other countries see that situation a
lot differently.
