                                   &   *ASHIRA LAW*    Art, Resources and
Teaching Trust (A.R.T.) and Ashira Law are holding a two day workshop on Art
and Law with lawyer and scholar Jayna Kothari. The workshop will be held on
the 2nd and 3rd of October 2009. Participants will be charged Rs 1700 /- per
head (includes food, beverages and handout materials).

The workshop sessions are the following:

SESSION 3: PROTECTION OF RIGHTS OF ARTISTS
SESSION 4: MAKING ART FOR SALE AND COMMISSIONED WORKS

SESSION 1: INFRINGEMENT
SESSION 2: PUBLIC ART
