[A2k] BEP Treaty on Copyrighht and the VI

Maryanne Diamond, WBU President, reported yesterday from the UN in New York
where she was attending the Conference of States Parties to the UN
Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, encouraging news  as
follows:-

You will be pleased to hear that in the final session our treaty got a good
mention. The delegate from Brazil raised it and then was subsequently
supported by delegates from Chilli and Kenya. They mentioned it and
emphasised this as an example of international cooperation as per article
32.

 I was delighted.
