There is now a petition that UK citizens can sign (whether domiciled in the
UK or expatriate) on the No.10 website at
http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/dontdisconnectus/ It has already garnered
more than 5,000 signatures.

There is also campaigning info on the Open Rights Group website
