Gwen and all,

  Thank you for this further update.  Ok than it seems
fairly obvious to me that whomever within WIPO is
responsible for failure to comply with Article 6 should
be either severely financially sanctioned/fined, and/or
summarily dismissed.  IMO dismissal is prefrable, although
perhaps seemingly severe.  I am sure that they would not
find it too difficult to find other gameful employment such
as for instance with Ken Johnsons PhArma as a lobbiest back
to the UN and WIPO and other national governmental fora...
