Gwen and all,
Just out of curiosity did the legal offices staff person
offer any explanation as to why no report was done or is
forthcomming? Secondly was this same staff person ask
specifically why they were not complying with UN article
6 as you indicated below? Has the UN secretariat been
formally or informally notified that the WIPO legal staff
and/or those otherwise responsible withing WIPO are failing
to comply with Artyicle 6 requirements?
