  The Intellectual Property Office of Ecuador is starting a program against
piracy based in the promotion of the use of free software instead of illega=
l
copies.
   As part of the campaing we have to provide training and motivation  to
the national industrie of software in Ecuador how to do bussines around fre=
e
software and how to provide services that can be attractive to their
consumers.  I would appreciate any suggestion and contact information of
bussines that can serve as a model or motivation. Specially contact info
within bussines such as IBM or others that support free software so we can
count with speakers from such companies at the launch of the proyect in
december.

this proyect in Ecuador would be wellcome.
