In this In Focus Issue Dr. Gashut, who was Vice-Chair of the IGWG & Ms. Den=
tico, IQsensato's Health Policy Advisor, make a bold and innovative proposa=
l to the governments of EMR to consider creating a government-led regional =
platform as the framework for implementing the WHO Global Strategy and Plan=
 of Action.

While this proposal, which is a working proposal, is generally directed at =
EMR it can equally be applied or considered by other WHO region or regional=
 groups.
