      Ok, that clarifies where you coming from much better to me.  Agreed
    that we collectively have more influence over congress than we do over
    the supreme court, but I don't think that could be considered long term,
    as congress is often overridden by the supremes, especially of late.

We're talking about something like repealing (parts of) the DMCA.  I
don't see how that repeal could be considered unconstitutional.

I don't think that Obama sees the DMCA and ACTA as a cybersecurity
xissue.  I wish he did, since that would be a well-meaning error and
we would be able to try to tell him so.

It is much worse than that.  Obama is in the RIAA's camp, thoroughly a
supporter of the Global War on Sharing.
