[A2k] key issues

Hi All,

I am busy organising my input into a presentation, that one of my seniors
will deliver on "A2k". I would welcome some input from this group,
especially around what the key issues are. The audience will include heads
of states and senior policy makers.  What I have so far and perhaps this is
a South African perspective, is

- fair dealing / fair use
