Hi Luis,
One of the keynote speakers alongside me, as the representative of the
Visually Impaired Sector, is Dipendra who has spear-headed Daisy production
in India and is leading Daisy's progress in the Developing Countries. Thi=
s
is why he has been chosen to represent the interests of the South.
Secondly, do not fear I will certainly headline the Treaty is for the
visually impaired and all other reading disabled readers.
Regards,
Chris.

[ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Certainly there is a
deliverated aim to exclude a larger constituency of beneficiaries, so it
will be important to ask WIPO to correct the name to include reading
disable. Also according to the progrma, asian countries are left out of th=
e
panel of goverments. Certainly would be very important to have WIPO also
include them, as well as representative of a developing country blind
association. I think Pablo Lecuona of Tiflo libros or Norma Toucedo from th=
e
braille foundation in Uruguay would be great to provide inputs of the
problems in the south.
Best regards
LUIS
