[A2k] Copyright Holders Acknowledge Losing Battle For Public Consciousness At World Copyright Summit

This is a great victory for France. However, will similar measures
continue in Free Trade Area Agreements like the EPAs where "concessions"
are extracted from much weaker (and at a disadvantage) developing
countries... or will it continue to be good rules for rich countries and
"profiteering" and exploitative rules for poor countries?
