[A2k] Volume of posts to the a2k lsit

I would like to make a comment about the volume of posting to the a2k
list.

While there is no specific rule, people should avoid posting excessive
numbers of messages to the list.  There is one person who tries to post
about 5 to 20 messages a day to the a2k list.  If we approved them all,
lots of people would leave the list.

There are times when a topic benefits from multiple posts from the same
person on the same day.  However, no one should assume that it is cool
to post several messages to a2k almost every day.
