We are pleased to announce that the final Programme for the Third Geneva Se=
minar on Development Research (GSDR 3) which marks the global launch of the=
 new book "Implementing the World Intellectual Property Organization Develo=
pment Agenda" is now available on the IQsensato website at http://www.iqsen=

The seminar will take place at the World Metrological Organizationon (WMO) =
Conference Centre on Friday, 10 July 2009 from 14h00 to 19h30 (with a cokta=
il reception).

The seminar is open to the public and is free of charge. However, due to se=
curity requirements and space limitations pre-registration is required. Reg=
