We are pleased to announce the release of the South Centre and CIEL IP
Quarterly Update for the Third Quarter of 2009.

The focus piece of this issue discusses the renewed mandate of the WIPO
Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources,
Traditional Knowledge and Foklore that is meeting in Geneva from 7-11
December 2009.
