If I understood correctly

Hanna, left column), "epub" is the format used for DAISY books too.

However it remains to be seen whether

- the Sony reader has tactile commands (e.g. keyboard shortcuts) for
use by blind people
- its e-books have technical restrictions (DRM), and if yes, which.
