[A2k] Statement for EPO consultation on software patents released by Ung Pirat and Piraattinuoret

Ung Pirat and Piraattinuoret, two European political youth
organisations with aspirations of changing intellectual property
rights' legislation, have released a statement to EPO, saying that
software patents should be considered a political issue, not a legal
issue.
