WIPO is going to continue to make things worse, not better.
You'll have to support your cliams they have changed at all,
I can't see it whatsover where I sit.
Te very nature of WIPO is to their benefit and our detriment,
and I have never seen ANYTHING positive from them in other
than lip service.
I can only hope without real hope that you are correct,
until you provide concrete evidence of their ACTIONS speaking
more loudly than their WORDS.
