[A2k] Draft report Dutch AIPPI group on border measures

The AIPPI is collecting reports from national groups on border measures. Here
is the draft report from the Dutch group (in english):

The state should only intervene in cases of piracy, but the report does not
make a distinction between piracy and normal infringement. In fact, they want
to blur the distinction even further.

Not a word about the antiretroviral medicine sent back to India.
