[A2k] Analysis of yesterday's vote in the European Parliament

This a new victory of civil society actions, leading to one of these
transpartisan votes that are now no longer an exception when an IP vs. access
to knowledge and culture issue is at stake. Must also be put to the credit of
some very dedicated MEPs and benefitted from the opposition of most  ICT
companies to filtering mandates.
