[A2k] ACTA comment period extended to Sept 26 & KEI Comments

Today, at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the
Department of Commerce public meeting on the negotiation of an Anti-
Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, we were told that positions and
comments were accepted until September 26, 2008, send to the following
e-mail address: ACTA@ustr.eop.gov.

Here is KEI  memo on the EC proposal for provisions on injunctions and
damages in ACTA that was sent to USTR/DOC.
