The "*Dealing with Intellectual Property Challenges in the United States*"
seminar, scheduled for December 1-5, 2008, it is intended for practitioners
from the public and private sectors involved in negotiating intellectual
property agreements.   The course covers intellectual property enforcement
in the United States, and describes methods of avoiding intellectual
property right challenges, as well as discussing the international IP
agreements to which the United States is a party.  More particulars on the
