IQsensato has today announced the winners of its writing competition on the=
 implementation of the WIPO Development Agenda in developing countries. The=
 winners come from Brazil, Malawi, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Further detai=
ls are available on the IQsensato home page at http://www.iqsensato.org/.



In the competition, part of the IQsensato Research Awards scheme under the =
Leadership Programme, participants we asked to address the following questi=
on: Can, and/or has, the Development Agenda made a difference in how intell=
ectual property policy is approached in developing countries? The four best=
 essays will be edited and published in the coming months and will be made =
available to the members of the WIPO Committee on Development and Intellect=
ual Property (CDIP) as well other stakeholders before its first meeting in =
2009.
